Tŷ Olwen Trust was formed in 1981 to support Tŷ Olwen Hospice, a specialist palliative care unit within Swansea Bay University Health Board. Over the years, the charity has expanded to support home care services, day care facilities and hospital-based services, helping provide exceptional care and support for patients and their families during the most difficult times.

While NHS funding supports the day-to-day running of the service, donations are essential in helping Tŷ Olwen continue providing the extra level of care their patients and families deserve.
